Before founding ELECTE in 2023, Fabio scaled an HVAC and construction company in Milan from approximately 13.9M to 19.4M euro in revenue. The experience of running a growing business without adequate analytical tools is what led to building ELECTE — a platform that gives SMEs the kind of data infrastructure that used to require a dedicated analytics team.
ELECTE is headquartered in Milan and serves clients globally, with approximately 80% of revenue coming from outside the EU. The company holds trademark registrations across 20+ countries, multiple patent filings, and is on a SOC 2 compliance pathway.
Fabio is a member of IEEE, ACM, and W3C. He authored "AI for European SMEs: The 2026 Playbook" and the research paper "The B+ Trap: How AI Compresses the Creative Spectrum," submitted to IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence.
